Those words were said to Mr Master Zen, not to you. And they were just colloquial(the d.o.m. got a chance and talked to Mr Master Zen for a while ago). They did not mean any "approach" or somewhere to reach at. The d.o.m. has no approachs or methods to get at anywhere.
