NAMO AMIDA BUTSU
Posted on Apr.10.2009 @ 09:41PM EDT by chontri

Is any of you interested in saying repeatedly the saying:

NAMO AMIDA BUTSU

as your daily practice?

This is a very simple, easy, effective and direct practice to be a Buddha yourself.
Just say it not slow not fast, positive and always remember of
the Immeasurable Light Buddha in you.

Namo: I respectfully take refuge in
Amida: Immeasurable Light
Butsu: Buddha

NAMO AMIDA BUTSU is a Japanese phonetic translation from
the Sanskrit original: NAMO MITA BHAYA BUDDHAYA.

Note: Do not pray to the Amita Buddha, do not talk to Him. Do not ask Him for any favor.
Just say the saying continually and always remember Him in you. Do it with the whole you. That's all.
