At some point, something is not allowed to speak of.
If someone speaks of, he will get a horn grown on his head.

It is like this:
Suppose someone who is a married man and he has met another girl who is very
beautiful and attractive to him. He talked to his wife about that girl. At first, his wife
showed her understanding and just smiling. However he kept talking about the girl
again and again.
At some point, his wife stopped smiling and gave him a hard hit on his head. It hurt
him badly and he touched his head at the hurt spot with his hand. He felt something
protruding there like a new horn of a young big horn. Hope this will help you about
