Rating: 5/5 - Review by Ashley - Approved
I really liked this book, it told me many things that I needed to know about buddhism. It was somewhat easy to read, and it covered alot of things such as meditation, practice, bowing, and even had a directory in the back of the book!

So i rated it as a 5!
