My email address was wrong in my previous posting. Sorry for the repetition.

This is a great site! I am studying stress management to help prevent burnout. I am just emerging from the sixth episode of this in my life. A counsellor of mine, a registered psychologist, suggested mindfulness meditation and Zen Buddhism as actions to practice. My first real awareness of what Zen Buddhism is and what it entails has come from your site (although I studied Siddhartha, the Herman Hesse book, in high school). Kudos to you for building this site! I will be back many times.

Your website is very well organized. I found all the information I was looking for, and it was written in a simple and direct way for any person to understand. I will be visiting this website often, since my memory for so much information is limited. Thank you for sharing it with the rest of the world.

  Peace be with you!

I was looking at an ultra-Christian website (godsaidmansaid.com) when I became so fed up with their stubborn rhetoric that I had to look at something more compassionate! This site was perfect. Thanks!

Thank you, I enjoyed the site very much. I understand that reincarnation is a belief of Buddhism but I'm still not sure if this also applies to following zen practice. On a practical note there are a number of spelling mistakes on the site, I would be glad to correct the wording for you if asked. Thank you again.
