SATORI CANNOT BE SHARED
Posted on Jul.25.2009 @ 09:16AM EDT by immortal 1

Except for dreams and visions from practicing Transcendental Meditation,
I am pretty normal. My views of the Universe and the World are not normal.
They are more ethereal. A number of people have told me that I dont see myself
the way others see me. Thats okay, I dont see other people the way they see
themselves either.

I say I am awakened, and I know other awakened people who agree that we are
awakened. However, people who are not awakened do not agree that we are.

I have come to realize that Satori cannot be shared because it is an understanding
that cannot be put into logical terms. Even if it could be explained, those who have
not experienced it for themselves will not believe it. Gangaji uses the analogy
that when the first explorers returned after seeing the Grand Canyon no one believed
that such a thing could exist. Yet now there are over 2 million visitors per year.

It doesnt matter. I feel very lucky to exist at all really. Of all the things that could
exist, only a slight fraction do actually exist. So it is good to be one of those things.

........................
CT:
A lot of people have their own views of the universe and the world that are not
normal, too. CT is a little different from that. He just sees the objects in the
universe and the world as they are, and does not hold onto any fixed or
special view at all.

After a good sleep, CT awakens and sees the sun and things around, they all
are bright and clear as they are. The sun is the sun, the blue sky is the blue sky,
the green trees are the green trees... He does not have to show or share that with
anyone because he who has clear eyes already sees that. He does not have to
convince anyone to believe in that, either.

And CT is just CT. He is neither this thing nor that thing, at all. In other words,
CT is not CT, he's just called CT.
